Wow!!:)

DSC,

Sorry about your clams but you have a wonderful reef.
Thanks for sharing and still hard to beat good ole MH/T5.

Freddie
Thank you Freddie! It's been a learning process and honestly I love that part of the hobby. Clams are my favorite invert and when we lost our big squamosa it was literally upsetting to the whole family. Had that guy for many years. Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate it.

I lost my last Crocea clam in early 2015 when the reef got Dinos. Had to use Ultra Algae X / renamed to Dino-X.
He had bored so deep that I could not get him out without destroying him but the Dino-X got him anyways.

Still learning too and if I ever get Dinos again, I'll go a different route. Was making too many water changes in the first place and had nothing left in the reef to out compete the dinos. Then I cranked up more water changes and it was like adding gas on a fire.

No funny at the time and lost 80% of 2 years worth of sps growth but... Live and Learn :)

Thanks for sharing and thanks for always helping others out on R2R.
