DT in fallow what to do?

Im running lights pump and skimmer. I have a couple of soft corals and a star fish. I'm I suppose to do or check anything while it's in fallow? Do I throw some flakes in there?

Not a bad idea to keep the cleanup crew fed and the bacterial colony going.
