DT post ich

After sadly losin my lion to ich, my DT is empty aside from snails and an urchin. Question is should I leave the tank as is and let the ich die off naturally over 72 day period? Or move them into a quarantine that has no medication and bomb the DT? Heard thats not a good idea due to live rock, macro algae etc (no corals in yet)

As long as the tank is fallow for 45 days or more, the ich should be gone. The inverts can't help marine ich live so it doesn't matter if they are in the display
