Dual digital timer At a reasonable price

I had been looking for a timer to control t5 lighting. I was considering the individual plug in digital timers but didn't have the space to add two to my current power strips. I wanted to run two separate t5 fixtures with different lighting schedules. The digital timers were about $20 a piece. I felt this was a bit much and decided to do some searching. I finally found a surge protector with a dual digital timer. I have been running it for a month and it seems to be doing well so I thought I would introduce it to the community in case someone else is looking for the same. It's from monoprice. I think the web site is monoprice.com. Here are pics of the box. The product number is 7998. The cost is $19.03. Let me know if you have any questions.

Cool, can it do multiple off/on times per day, or just one off, one on?

I did notice under the warning, not intended for aquarium equipment. I assume this is due to the water. I will continue to use it for my lights and if there is a problem I will update it here.

Yes, it will do 20 on off times and can control individual days, mon - fri, sat sun, or all 7 days.

I think they meant to say it does not like moisture and/or not sealed like the one designed for moisture environment.....a way to protect them. I never put my apex or timer near moisture trap environment anyway because they rust too ....

I have no idea. I would have to agree with @ngvu1. They are covering their ****. It has worked great for my needs.

When I first set mine up, I used velcro tape and the tape didn't stick to the wood stand. I heard a splash and went to check the sump. It fell off and landed in my top off water. The whole thing was submerged in the water. I took it out and after a few choice words, removed the timer battery and pulled the case apart. Shook all the water off I could and left it for a few days to dry. Put it back together and it still worked.
