Dual overflow - Which Bulkheads?

Each has it's pro and cons. I still have some things to think about for sure. I like the cleaner look with the return coming out of the overflow. Since it's 2 drains the likelyhood of it clogging seems to be minimal. I can always implement something I feel to help reduce the chances of a clog. Plus an electrical component to shutoff the pump in 2 manors. If I run dry in the sump which is unlikely, put a float that shuts off the pump if ran below a certain water level. Also a overflow switch to shut off the pump if water rises too high.

Understood but you mis understood my statement or I misunderstood the way OP received the tank. I agree with the redundancy of how it is supposed to be plumbed. My reference to how his was received by having one overflow tower with just an emergency drain likely wouldn’t turn over enough water and have stagnation…just an observation as I was understanding his earliest threads.
