Dull patches on my Foxface?

Hey guys,
Last week my foxface had weird white grains of salt surrounded by a black halo on its sides. Very odd. Dosed with prazi pro for 6 days, those are gone. (Looked like an ich spot with a black halo). Now the fish has these random dull patches, not in any area where the other spots were? Any ideas? Its eating 4x a day, no other symptoms like scratching, fast breathing, darting etc.

I would say its flukes. its another parasite capable of treatment like ich. basically do what you did to treat the ich and you should be good. OR they are left by the ich. which mean ich will come back unless it was killed by copper
