Dumb Mistake Caused A Dino Outbreak

I'd like to believe I am winning. The spots I noticed last night have increased in saturation a bit more but it's not an explosion like it was in the beginning.

All corals are still not happy. No PE extension, I do see some colors fading. Sea fans still not opening. I wonder if all the bacteria adding is affecting this... Only other issue that stands out was a alk swing from 8.0-7.2 and now back to 8.0. this was from the high pH during the worst time of the Dino's. My pH was hitting at time 8.45. alk was consumed faster than normal.

Things are looking good. I haven't cleaned or stirred anything up since Sunday. There is one patch in the front but it has not gotten worse. I'm going to syphon it out tomorrow.

What I have been doing:
Added sea lettuce
Adding 2x the amount of ECO balance every other day
15 drops of sponge Excel every day
Live phytoplankton recommend amount every day

Also siphoning out the nasty patches and blow rock work off.

Day 20ish since the dino outbreak everything is still clean and looking good. However I have zero alk and Cal consumption for 4 days now. I had to shut my dosers off as levels started to increase. I went from dosing 25ml of alk and 30ml of cal everyday to none and no movement on water levels. Strange... I guess Coraline and the frags are still not happy. I'm going to taper off dosing silicon, and no more bacteria dosing other than once a week after a water change as directed per instructions. I'm going to keep the sea lettuce in there along with live phyto dosing.

Awesome! 4 days isn't too long for recovery; so I bet if you give it a few weeks you'll see things coming back into order.
