Tank is little over 3 months old. Frogspawn don't seem as big as when I picked him up 5days ago. And it's see throughish when white lights on, but green when blue lights on.

It looks really good!
The lighting changes the colors of all the corals don't worry about that.
However how is the flow they like a medium flow anything too hard they won't extend as much. Because they can tear there own flesh on Their skeleton!

Couple of things could be the issue affecting the coloration and growth.

Lighting, increasing spectrum A/B, do some research on this so you can see how it affect growth. Your lighting spectrum should follow this for best color and growth.

Supplements, magnesium and calcium. You should be testing and the ratio is 3:1 so calcium should be 450 and magnesium 1350 without magnesium calcium does not absorb.

Lastly, its only five days in your tank and corals go through stress changes that take up to a month to resolve. Give it time, keep and eye, and don't overreact.

just seems was so much bigger at lfg under blues. Flow seems good it sways around but not violently like if directly in path of circulation pumps. Using orbit-marine-pro 48"-60" lights. Guess patience is key.
