Duncan’s Just won’t Open???

So check these out. The bottom portion is about a month old colony. When I purchased from LFS they were open. They are in a low to medium flow area, and lighting is 120-150 par.

If you notice a few open , those are a cut from a different colony. Those are about a year old. This little extension your seeing is just about the most I can get...


Does it take over a month for Duncan’s to open fully???

It can take a while for corals to acclimate from one system to another.
They don't look unhealthy, just closed. Tissue recession is another story.
Was the new addition dipped prior to adding to the display?

Just a thought ,, maybe put a bit of pellet food on the ones that are open the most ,, might encourage them to open ,, not saying it will , but it can't hurt
