I have had this Duncan for about 2 weeks now and he was wide open and flowing and then recently started looking like this. Is this good/bad? What does it mean? Thanks!!

Nothing has changed. He was the last addition to the tank and I did a water change last week and was going to today but nothing has changed other than that
