I highly suggest to check your salinity or even have a trusted pet store test it for you as a verification. Ive seen this happen with High salinity more than once.
Duncan require moderate light and water flow, temp: 78-79, salinity 1.025 and ph range : 8.0-8.2
Per your picture, reduce white 10% and increase blue 20%

I have a coralife biocube and i cant adjust light percentage. Its only blue and white on or off or both on same time.

give it some time.
mine took a few weeks after i moved it before it got used to it's new spot.

I understand. Start day with blue lets say 8am. Turn on whites at 10a - 7pm, Continue blue until 10p. You can use household timer also as the bulbs I believe have separate plugs.

I have noticed Duncan's take time to settle in after they are moved or transported. Give it some time to acclimate. You are getting some polyp extension there. As long as you don't see tissue loss, you are most likely ok.

Try feeding it. I was looking at my once small 3 headed Duncan and now they are so big wondering how big they will get. I feed it one a week but they capture frozen food everyday.

sometimes they like low flow, im not seeing any of your parameters not gonna help with anything, maybe give it a bit of food... or just give it time duncans can be weird

Should not be much of a problem. What you can do is to check your parameters first. If everything is ok and no major swings then don’t worry. Sometime when the flow is too much they tend to closeup a little. Duncan ya can tolerate a good amount of light. So make sure they get enough light. Next, try to feed some small meaty food. A little at a time for each head everyday. Don’t move it any further just leave it as it is. Give it few days to settle. It will be fine. Cheers!
