Duncan coral head coming off

Hey reefers! Today I woke to one of my Duncan corals missing one head and the other one coming off. I don’t know what went wrong over night as I checked everything last night and it was all ok. Please tell me what should I do. Thank you.

Hey I had this exact problem with my Duncan’s apparently they do this if they aren’t happy or if your water chemistry is off. All I did to fix this was a 20% water change and spray amino acids with all pumps off.
