It does look like there's a little bit of tissue recession. First, I'd recommend feeding it, they love food and it help with recovery. Second, if you want to dip i like using iodine based dips like reefdip. I've also used coralRX but didn't like it as much. Always start with the recommended amount and you can increase dose from there. But start with feeding it (:

Well your Duncan LPS ended up in the SPS section that ain't good for the Duncan either :D

Yes you can dip your coral but having it in your tank already dipping is to late.
If it had pest they would be already wandering your tank which other coral they can bother.
Many ppl use Bayer as a dip as it will kill almost every reef pest alive but not the eggs on the coral, eggs can be removed manually or keeping it in a QT for 6 to 8 weeks and dipping it on a weekly schedule, if we talking AEFW every five days of course.
So dipping in Bayer goes like this, you go to a Lowes or HD and look for this,
bayer-M.jpg

Poor a little in a cup where you coral can fit in and mix it to a light milky color with saltwater from your tank.
Let it sit 10 to 15 min a swooshing it around so now and then.
Remove it from the dip and in a separate cup with saltwater rinse it good, than move it to another cup with saltwater and rinse it again good, reason why is that you can't rinse it enough to remove any Bayer on the coral but two rinses should be enough.
After that inspect it good and if save place it back into the tank.
Disregard all dipping water and rinsing water, I poor it along my foundation of the house as it will help with termites.

Looking at your coral it looks like a fresh cut and glue did some damage to the stem of your Duncan.

Post your tank parameters Mg Ca No3 Alk Salinity Po4?

I remember this thread.....

Most answers are already given here.
It doesn't hurt to test for all parameters mentioned by our experienced good friend from the reefsquad @KJ.
Knowing that it is happy as you mentioned in the other thread I wouldn't be to worried.

So dipping won't do anything now? It's pretty much up to itself and I should feed it more to help him hopefully?

Correct.
Damage is done if it had a pest.
Looking at it closely it doesn't look like a pest thingy.
More like a fresh cut and glue damage.
Again it doesn't hurt to post some test results.
You do have some decent test kits I hope.
And also read up on dipping and quaranting corals and for that matter fish as well.
Releasing corals without dipping and releasing fish without a quarantine process is asking for trouble.

Doesn't quaranting require another tank? Also he is a picutre of my coral I just took

You're coral looks fine, with slight tissue recession as previously mentioned. I would proceed with feedings and make sure maintain chemistry.

:-)

Also here are these my weekly water change I had schudeled for tomorrow I usally do about 5 gallons its a 29 gallon with sump

I could be wrong here but if i remember correctly Duncan's form a calcium base as they grow so they can produce mote heads..

Yes quarantine corals and fish requires more tanks but it's a piece of mind.
I understand that you don't have that but you're not the only one.
Even with quarantine your corals you're not save.
Btw, your test results are not looking bad.
