Today (many heads) - I purposely ticked it of with a turkey baster so it doesn't look like a bunch of polyps and you can see the heads

Looks like you could frag off a mini colony rather than single heads since they seem very close together. I've used a dremel with an abrasive cutting wheel for grout removal

Do you think they are growing with heads real close because of high flow? MP40 in 55 tall.

Or, will the heads stretch out?

They might stretch out over time but I have one doing the same thing in my nano despite low flow in it. When the branches are longer I just use a bone cutter to frag them.

Agreed with your growth I've had mine for 5 months and have only got a few more heads
