Duncan growth rate

Is it unusual to have a single head grow 4 or more heads at once? Usually not home until it’s fully extended.
Nope, not at all :) I've had mine sprout 3 to 5 heads at a time.

I sure hope it’s normal because mine are doing it too. The little add on’s have just developed enough to take in reef roids on their own.

My Duncan has a new head growing weekly. It's is a always a good sign to see your corals growing. No matter what it is.

can't wait those look amazing.. This was one of the first corals I got, took a while to find a place where it looked happy and healthy all day. I think finally its there ( way more light and flow than expected).

Fastest growing LPS I've ever had. 8 years ago when I got my first one I fed it but when I started a new tank and got a new one, I don't feed it because I didn't want the explosive growth. Doesn't matter, it still grows like crazy. Enjoy watching it go from 1 to 5 to 15 heads :)

Mine started with one head and started growing 3 at once, and now I have 12 heads many gre at the same time.
