I just upgrade my light so that y I think there closed up but over the last couple of week thay have been spitting out yellow stuff I dont know if that is bad I had the stock biocube cf light now I have the ai prime first day using it whater is perfect just tested before this post bottom is how that use to look got them the second month now in my 6th mouth

First thought is too much light. The stuff coming out of mouths may be expelling zooxanthellea. Duncans prefer medium light but can be adjusted to high. It has to be acclimated slowly.
 
I would purchase or rent a PAR meter to test your light levels. LEDs can put out a lot of PAR. I don't know anything about your tank, but a lot of people can run LED lights at 30%. The only way to take out the guessing factor is with a PAR meter though. In the interim, start low intensity and gradually increase until coral starts to look happy again.

I am runing my light at 16% but it my still be to much the over all out put of the light is 3 whatts all my other coral are doing grate but there at the bottom on the sand bed the Duncan's are closer to the top
