Hello fellow reefers! I have a question about a green duncan I picked up today. The duncan I purchased was a frag that has been in my lfs for at least a couple months. I've seen this thing for months and decided to take it home after the owner said he'd sell it for $25. The coral has 8 heads that look fantastic, fully extended, and full of color but the frag also has a few branches that are "dead" brown nothing living in them. My question is, should I cut off the "dead" stalks or just leave it be? It doesn't appear sickly, just a few stalks are brown and has no polyp/tentacles and has not in the time that i've watched it in the lfs. Thanks!
