Duncan in batch of first Corals looks Bleached?

Any advice for a Duncan that looks like its quickly dying?

My tank is about four months old and last week I got my first corals from WWC. I let them acclimatize for the first 24hrs like they recommend, and then dipped the next day. Most of the corals look ok, but in the last couple days the Duncan has quickly gone downhill, with its head mostly retracted and it is quickly losing color in big patches. Today it briefly opened back up, but the tentacles were shorter and much 'puffier' than a couple days ago.

Worried that my lighting was too strong (have reduced in the meantime), or that I may have over-dipped them and I dropped my Nero 3 to 15% in case I was disrupting it with too much flow in my 25G.

Here was my dip procedure I did a week ago on Friday 7/9:

• 5min - Bayer Advanced .7oz w/ .5L tank water
• 5min - Coral Rx 4 drops w/ .5L tank water
• 5min - Revive .5 cap w/ .5L tank water

I have an AI Prime 16HD, these are the old settings, and I basically took everything down to 60% of their previous level (BRS Recommended):

• UV 166 → 100
• Violet 166 → 100
• Royal Blue 125 → 75
• Blue 125 → 75
• Green 10 → 6
• Deep Red 10 → 6
• Moonlight 0 → 0
• Cool White 65 → 39

These are my latest water parameters, planning on another water change today:

• pH: 8.1
• Salinity 33.8 ppt
• Temp 78.5 F
• Alkalinity 6.3 dKH
• Phosphate 0.05 ppm
• Calcium 439 ppm
• Ammonia 0 ppm
• Nitrite ~0 ppm

How is your Duncan doing now?

I'm not sure what kind of Duncan I have but it looks very similar to yours.

It has always been mostly pink, after 3 months in my tank it started to get more green in the centers
