I have had this Duncan for 3 months or so, It was looking very heathy until it got knocked over about a week ago it was down less that a day. It now has greatly reduced Polyp extension an some of the tissue is now turning brown and looks like it is eroding away. I am just wondering is time will solve this or if there is something I can do about it.
My parameters are:

Calc: 415
Mag: 1300

This three days ago I believe.

Can duncans get brown jelly disease?

Yeah they can, but that is definitely not bjd in the picture
Just sayin, in one pic it looks brown/tan. In the next it looks red. He described it as 'turning brown' which is why I asked.

I see you’re running 0 on nitrates and phosphates, you run the risk of dinos. They like clean tanks. Perhaps up your nutrients a bit. You could be starving your corals.

here it is with the white turned up to 100% the best description of the color would be a dark rust color. I have been worried about them getting not getting enough nutrients so I have been spot feeding reef roids once a week. And dosing KZ Coral Vitalizer and LPS amino acid concentrate daily. I just bumped up the amount my morning auto feeder adds and currently my skimmer is running 24/7 I could put it on a schedule cycling it on and off to help dirty up the tank if you think that would help. I am still new to reefing, less than a year under my belt just trying to keep it all alive.

If it were me, I'd frag the head that's having the issue off from the other heads and just remove it. Maybe a quick iodine dip before you put the healthy heads back in.
