Duncan not opening

My duncan has been closed up for about a week now and can't figure out why. Been in its spot for months and always wide open. Nothing has changed in the tank and all my parameters and other things in the tank are doing fine.

I had the same thing happen recently and moved mine to a less par area of the tank. That has seemed to make it happy.
