p.s. does anyone know what those spots are on the stalk of mine?

Probably new heads growing. At least that's pretty much what new growth looks like on mine. I'm amazed at how fast these things grow. I started with 1.5 polyps 2-3 months ago and have 14-15 now.

yea thats what i was thinkin to nate but i didnt want to say that and be wrong

p.s. does anyone know what those spots are on the stalk of mine?

They are probably DEFW (Duncan Eating Flat Worms). Don't worry, just take the entire reef apart and separately dip each rock, coral, shrimp, snail, and fish in a tetracycline 250 ml/gallon 1.018 SG water bath for 25 minutes once a week for two months, and that should take care of the problem.

Please see my upcoming paper on the subject in the next Reefer's Journal, available at all Barnes and Noble and Krogers Stores.:laughing6:

Just kidding!! I understand about Reef Paranoia. I spent about 30 minutes last night in the dark with a flashlight looking for Redbugs and AEFW on my corals because I have been reading too many threads about them on Reef Central!

New pic of my Duncan blowing in the breeze. With my star polyps I moved to the back of the tank to make room on the bottom.

Thanks.
The star polyps on the back of the tank make a really cool background. I'll post a FTS in a day or two showing the new background. They cover about 40% of the back of my 20gal and in a few months they should have it completely covered.
