Duncan polyp turning brown

Hi guys. A day has passed since i added my duncan. The second head is brown. Is this normal? Any help would be appreciated

I don’t think that second head is doing well tough to tell from the pic. I would keep a close eye might be best to remove that head if possible to try and save the other head. A lot of people say Duncan’s are easy and grow like weeds but they hate my tank and love my wife’s same parameters salt everything lol. Best of luck hope it’s doing well!

There was a small chip on the second head that did eventually recover. Im thinking thats a sign that theres still hope

Alright. It’s been a few months, I’ve switched tanks from a ten gallon to a 15 gallon and heres a picture of now.

Very nice that you solved the problem, could you figure out the issue?

I haven’t yet (the head is still brown) but ever since I’ve moved it the good head has been doing alright.
