Duncan question

Hello, I’m new to the hobby and wanted to get someone’s input on whether this Duncan looks unwell. Seems to be behaving normally, but colour looks different.

Does it change at all during the day? How is the feeding response?

Something is definitely bothering it, several polyps are very receded and looks like something is going on with the 'stem'.

It will help if you share more info, like water parameters, tank age, lighting and flow...
