So I dosed my tank as I usually do and woke up to my Duncan’s all the way in their skeleton. There is just a little green coloration in them but that’s it. I have had a hammer die before and it looked almost like this.
Wondering if there is any possibility of it coming back to life !?
Any feedback is appreciated

hi ,can you post a closer pic ?

When you say dosed as you usually do what does that mean? What did you add how much and what size is the tank?

Strontium and kalk +2

oh and 8.4 ph- checked my ph and it was 8.2-
Didn’t bother any of my other coral. The only reason they look like this is because I did a tank break down.

this all happened before the break down, last week

So it completely closed up immediately after dosing? Or like hours after? But either way that's weird. It could have gotten annoyed by dosing. It's hard to tell since things react differently or don't react at all.
I'd say just leave it as long as it is not in too high of water flow.
It could be high phosphate though. Duncan's seem to recover more easily than Euphyllia though so hopefully it does better.
