I know. Its winderful, thanks! I transferred everything from a 75 gallon about a year ago.Hello and Welcome to R2R! 270 is huge!
What a tank!!! Welcome!!Thanks for the warm welcome! This is my first time posting. Here are some pics of my aquarium. It's a 270 gallon aquarium. Dims are 6' X 3' x 2'. It's a custom tank from Glass Cages. The stand is custom as well. It's from Framing Tech. The sump and skimmer are from Bashsea. I have 3 Kessil A500x lights with the narrow 35 degree reflectors, so I could hang them high and have them out of the way. I am running 2 Icecap 4000 gyre pumps on the back of the tank. I may have to move them to the opposite side on the top. They just don't seem to do much where they are. I have an Icecap 90 watt uv. I am running two return lines. I have a Seachem Impulse 800 and a Sicce SDC 7 feeding back to the tank. I am currently running a Redsea Dose 4. I recently started dosing kalk and I'm running an airline outside to my skimmer. I think it's raising my temp a degree during the day. I think I'm going to put a recirculating co2 scrubber on my skimmer. There isn't much out there about the best way to run one on a Bashsea skimmer. I saw one thread but it wasnt recirulating. Does anyone out there have a Bashsea skimmer with a recirculating co2 scrubber on it? one more thing. What are tags?
