What sort of filter do you run? — A bit of filter floss changed every day should help polish up the water.

The filter socks should do it. By clean them every three days or so. Most socks are 200 micron. But even 200 microns will not get really fine particulate. 100 micron would be better.

Maybe it is not dust, it might be little air bubbles came out from the skimmer, if not, you have too much wave in the tank

Do you have any corals yet? If not, I would shut off your power heads for a day or so leaving only the return pump on if you have a sump. I'd also stuff your filter sock with some filter floss to aid in getting those particles out, if that is indeed what the problem is. Oolite can have some really fine particles, and if your flow keeps them suspended, they'll never settle. And sort of clarifying product would also work by causing the particles to stick together and fall through the water column and settle. CaribSea usually includes a packet with their live sand for this reason.
