I just got my dwarf feather duster and it has no shell at all. Is the body suppose to be soft? And where do I place it?
The body is at least 3 inches.

Should i leave it there or try and wedge it between a rock?

i’m worried since it has no shell it will be picked at or eaten! Should that be a worry?

A little back story! I purchased it online and it came with the bag ripped and left with barely any water. How do I know if its alive or not?

You can feed them meaty food. They can sting and eat fish so take caution. Good luck, they look awesome under actinic lighting!

If its next to any corals or another anemone will they fight or sting one another? I have a small elegance coral and I seen the tube anemone tenticles touch the elegance so i moved tube further because I wasnt sure what it waa going to do to it.

It will sting any corals it can reach, you need at least a 6 inch safety zone around it, very pretty. :)
This is a rescue favia I got about 6 months ago, it got cuddled overnight by a pink tube nem and lost about 70% of it's ridge flesh.
