Dwarf fuzzy lionfish with white lump

Hey do you guys know what does my lionfish have ? Is it a parasite?

Either post injury or bacterial issue
Keep an eye on it. IF it worsens, use ruby rally pro over Maracyn 2 as lions are unpredictable under treatment

Hey my lionfish seems to be doing fine and is still eating aggressively but he still has that white lump ..should I wait a bit before starting medication? Also I am not sure that I will be able to find those medications since I live in Dubai and it is harder to find those meds…
