Dying anemone?

I don’t believe feeding it the dead clown to be the issue .
If there was something wrong with the food it simply would have spit it out .
but it is a large feed for such a small anemone to consume

I believe it’s the new lights .
too much of a change .
A one inch clown is too big for a 6inch anem? Yes I see. But he didn't complain, didn't puke it up...

Any anemone I’ve owned mostly being I’ve fed raw seafood but agree with above that they really don’t need to be fed ,
They should get most of their nutrition
That anemone doesn’t look happy at all .
is that a cyano outbreak ?

Have you tested
Cyano has been decreasing, was there, but has recently started stabilizing even declining. Slowly.

You need to have decent test kits. Start with Alkalinity and phosphate since it appears you don’t have them. Both levels are critical to an anemones survival. Also I find nitrates in the 10-20 range make for happy anemones that do not need feeding.

Anemones love lots of light. I doubt the new light was the issue at all. If it was getting to much light, it would move away from the light. That is one reason the like to attach under rock and not on top.

Both, they do not need to be directly feed. They should be able to get all they need from lighting and feeding the tank. The more you leave them alone the better they are.

Nice photo! Especially, the toxic palys next to the anemones. Pretty cool. I have both in my tank. Regarding the sad anemone situation. In my experience, anemones will high tail it to a different location if they don’t like the amount of light. I have also read that anemones like the rainbows need to be fed if they don’t have a clownfish relationship. Not sure exactly how that works, but I feed mine Mysis shrimp a couple times per week.
If they don’t want it, they will spew it out.
Anemones are sensitive. They don’t like change or big swings in water params.
I guess I would try to slowly get my tank in tip top shape and keep it there. See if the anemone(s) don’t start doing better.

An early detection and a Cipro treatment for a week may have helped this Nem bounce back. Something to keep in mind for the next one! An established tank for 6+ months is recommended as well.
