Has anyone ever heard of people dying the color of their anemones? I've seen some yellow, some purple, and even some bright orange Bubbles recently at a local store and thought I remembered seeing somewhere that some type of dying has been done in some cases. Anybody ever heard of that?

It used to be quite common a couple decades ago. Sebae anemones were commonly dyed. With that said there are some very colorful LTA and Bubble tip variations found today.

If you do a web search, you will find articles and photos of dyed nems. When you look at the photos it's pretty easy to tell they are dyed.
