So a few days ago my bubble tip got stuck in the powerhead I took it out and it moved around the tank but now it's attached to a spot under a rock that's touching the sand and it doesn't seem to get much light should I try to remove it from a rock and put it in the light

It was stuck in between the main body but nothing got hit by the rotor blades.
I would probably let it do its own thing then. It may be timid right now because you handled it. If it's in a shaded area I could understand why the colors are faded. Probably just needs time to reestablish its preferred position.

Agree

I should add also, I love anemones but just fear them getting into a powerhead and end up nuking the tank. I put covers on my powerheads too but still don't try BTA only RFA.

No, the best thing to do is leave it alone right now. If it's able to get better, it will not be because of you moving it around and messing with it, I promise.

They don't have to be hit with light every day, all day. It will be OK being out of the light for a while. I find that when they're damaged, hurt or healing, they seek low light, low flow areas. It's a good time to leave them alone. And even if they're there for several days, you don't have to intervene.
