Dying/dead fungia coral

So I've got a fungia coral in QT that went from super healthy to either dead or almost dead I think. Basic water paramaters are great - Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate maybe 2ish, salinity 1.025, temp 77. The QT tank has only had corals, shrimp, and snails in it for 13 days. I haven't tested Calc, Alk, Mag, Phos, but can if necessary. The only recent events were a 25% water change, and I tried to cut some aphasia off a zoa coral frag plug and might have knicked a polyp or two. The other corals in the tank look fine.

Any ideas? Is it doomed, and if so should I toss it out before it gets worse?

keep it even if it recedes fully its 90% likely to develop babies (anthocauli) attached to the side even though it looks dead. keep it months before discarding.

Thanks @brandon429 ! I'll try target feeding. I had just been using reef chili and dumping the mix direct in the tank every other day up to this point. I also have reef roids if those are preferred. Checked pH real quick, 8.2(this has stayed pretty consistent even during the cycle). I'll do another wc tonight.
