Dying Duncan

Duncan was doing great. Had recently grown two new heads that were starting to get bigger. Then we had a temperature spike in the 90's for a few dayswhile we were on vacation. It's been over a month since then and he has never come back. The two smaller new heads have died off. Is there any hope for him?

Assure you provide moderate water flow and light. They withdraw under too much light and flow. Feed mysis shrimp for best growth and also assure Phos level Not elevated. Mine looked like this when I got them and Now:
