Dying frags

hello every1. new the saltwater community .I have a 75 gal tank with live rock and coral . 2 clowns 1 skunk clown 2 pj's cleaner shrimp and peppermint shrimp with plenty of snails and crabs and 1 hippo blue tang. so far all fish are doing great . changed water 3 times so far using r/o di water . has high phosphates used a phos filter . now all my frags are dying . as far as I can tell my water tests are accurate i tsted the water myself and took the water to an aquarium business tested good there also . any idea why my frags are dying ? any help is much appreciated. the tank is 3 months. high ph is 8.2 ammonia is between 0.25 and .50 , nitrite 0 ppm and nitrate is 0 ppm
 
My thoughts are you aren't cycled. If that's the case then you don't need to change water until it reached 0. Personally, that's what I would do
 
I just noticed you were pretty much fully stocked on fish already. It would probably be wise if you could catch the fish and qt them until you get this sorted out. Or if you can, return them to the store from which you got them.
 
no we didn't buy the frags from them we got them from the annual frag fair in storrs ct in march 2014
