Doesn't look like it to me. Just seems to be closed up. Maybe that snail or hermit crab walked over it. If it starts losing tissue around the edges then I'd say it's not happy but looks ok to me! How long has it been closed up for?

GSP can stay closed a long time a week or more. An easy coral but it closes if detritus or algae settles on mat. Mine always preferred mod to higher flow but not direct.

Welcome to R2R. :-)

It looks like there is some sand or detritus on the gsp. Blow it off with a turkey baster. Moderate to high flow is usually good with these guys.
