Dying sailfin tang

My sailfin tang was eating fine until yesterday when he all the sudden did not eat nor really move at all. He’s just mostly been laying down. He seems dead but he’s alive. Any ideas what happened? All my peramiters are fine and have not changed. Can I still save him?

Very hard to tell as image/video is very blue (need white lights)
I see what appears as fin rot, cloudy eyes and rapid breathing which notates parasitical, and possible issues with water quality. I suspect high ammonia and also bacterial.
What is age of tank. . . . water temp . . . . salinity. . . . . . PH. . . . . . . ammonia and nitrate level?
Antibiotic such as Furan-2 may be best bet depending on how weak fish is to respond to such treatment.

I have had the fish for about 6 weeks and has been doing great in till now. The tank is about 6 months old. Water temp is at 77. Salinity is at 1.027. 0 ammonia and nitrates along with 8.2 ph. I also have a blue tang and 2 clownfish and they are doing great. He is very weak and as been sucked up against the overflow which I think is the cause of the damaged fins.

Should I turn off the flow because he is getting tossed around like a rag doll ( it was off for a couple hours and I tried turning it back on)

I wouldnt turn off but reduce/slow it down. This fish is obviouly weak and in distress.

When they look like that I take them out into QT.
If he’s got a parasite, we are just spreading it.
If you have any crabs, there going to begin working him.
In QT, I would run low salinity 1.018, it should get him back up depending on the underline circumstance.
If he gets up, see if he will feed.
Then we need to diagnose or best guess, if he’s dying I move right to a copper based medication as best guess.
You should be taking action on this, lying down is obviously not good.
