Dying/Sick Torch that won’t die.

In early September of last year, I ordered some livestock off of LA, including a torch. It arrived healthy, and acclimated pretty good. Halfway through October, something (I still don’t know what) happened. Everything else in the tank looked fine. But the torch started looking sick, and has never looked like a regular torch since. I have been keeping the tank at the same parameters consistently for the last 8 months. I thought the coral was eventually just going to die, so I left it in the tank to see how long it would last. That was three months ago, and it still looks the same. Any ideas?

Temperature: 77.5°-78°F
Salinity: 1.026
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: less than 5ppm
Phospate: <.2ppm
pH: 8.4
dKh: 10
Calcium: 380ppm
Magnesium:1300ppm
Strontium:9ppm
Par at placement is around 200

The tank looks brand new. Was it cycled properly before adding torch? Do you have any pictures from when You first received it and was healthy? it could certainly recover so I wouldn’t give up hope just yet.

The tank has had livestock in it for 8-months, but was cycled for a month before that.
The rock that the coral is attached to is brand new though, so that is why it is so white.
The tank is well established with one goby, 2 clownfish, and an anemone; all doing very well.
Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it when it was healthy. I usually only take pictures when posting on r2r.
