Dying tissue on Acro, can they recover?

Hello there

I recently had placed a tequila sunrise and fox flame too high in my tank and the tips were burnt. Now that I’ve placed them at the very bottom of the tank. The tissue loss has now stopped, when should I clip off the tips?

Algae is already growing on the loss tissue.
I heard I should clip when the Coral is recovered, but when’s a sign that they are doing better?

You could...other put glue on them. Ive tried both and usually its a 50/50. So now, I just leave it and sometimes it reencrusts over the dead spots. Just be sure to brush/have a CUC clean the algae area.

I see. What cuc will get on the Cora and clean it?

I have blue/red hermits, snails, turbos, and sometimes my tangs pic at it. If it still has algae, just scrub it with a toothbrush...only if its hair algae.
