Dying Wrasse

Hello,
I’ve had a Melanurus Wrasse in QT for about 2 weeks today. I had been treating with stress guard to heal a cut he had. When I woke up he was laying on his side in the sand bed barely breathing. He was supposed to go into the DT today but I haven’t moved him since he’s been acting like this.
Any help would be appreciated.

90 minute bath in acriflavine followed by the trifecta back in QT.

I would recommend treatment with antibiotics ASAP. Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2.
