Hey Reef2Reef fam, was wondering if anyone on here has any information regarding the Dymico Filter System or something similar? I've seen a few DIY solutions but they are all probably outside of my technical abilities.

My inner-mad marine biologist is practically salivating at getting its mitts on one for my new tank. I don't just want corals and pretty fishes, I want plankton! (And maybe down the road some critters that wouldn't survive without tons of them swimming around the tank)

Have reached out to the source, but don't have Facebook and can't really find much as far as actual user reviews. At least none in English anyways.

Yes, I do realize that these are $$$ but still interested. Feel free to DM as well if you're familiar with this product.

Thanks so much!

The best example of a DIY version of these on a great tank is https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/better-than-ever-after-tank-crash.332566/

I have also been wanting to try one of these out. Unfortunately they are only sold in Europe and are quite expensive to purchase. So I am building my own version of one. I have devoted 5 ft of a custom sump that is being fabricated currently. You can see photos of the sump (filter) in my build thread. The Blue Window - 500 G in wall, never ending build

I have followed the development of the DyMiCo system for years and absorbed as much info as I could from afar, but this will be the first time I try to build one. I have built similar ones in the past, like Donovan's version. My earlier attempts have given me enough confidence to try the full DyMiCo idea.
