Hi, I'm trying to find place to order this salt and cant find any. Either sold out or want crazy amount for shipping. Anyone using this know good place to order from? Also anyone in DFW area know where to buy this locally? Thanks

I usually order from marine depot or fosters and smith but i usually place such a big order I get free shipping...lol

You might try exotic aquatics in Plano at Custer and Parker. They carry a lot of the ESV line and the owner apparently likes the ESV brand a lot. If they don't have it, they might order it for you. They might charge you a decent amount for it. They aren't all that cheap of a shop. I usually only go by to see if they have any deals.

Love esv, marine depot is the way to go

Thanks much for all the replies I ordered some from marine depot and will check exotic aquatics as well. I'm super pumped to try this salt it just seems like such a great idea and looks easy to get consistent results with it.

Do you have a tank thread? I would love to follow and see how well it works or doesn't. I'm tempted to use the ESVsalt, but I really like Brightwell NeoMarine salt.

I don't have a tank thread but should try one on my next tank. I will definitely update this thread when I get the salt :)

I finally got around to do a 10g water change with this new salt and OMG I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! The 100g bucket comes with all the measuring cups you need and directions are super easy. A kid could mix a batch of this with no problems :) I haven't found any LFS to buy this at so right now it looks like online only and a few I found are out of stock. My 100g was around $60 w/shipping but I found a 200g box for $110 but its out of stock ( I can see why ;)) In all honesty I'm sure it compares well with all the rest but I love the ability to quickly and easily mix a batch and do a change very quickly. I also can see the benefit down the road of having more control over alk/cal to match your tank so your not chasing parameters after wc. If your thinking about this salt don't hesitate you will love it. :)

I'm going to buy this salt once I am out of Brightwell salt. Very happy to hear it is easy to use. That was my biggest worry.
