E170 max skimmer dial in

Hi
Anyone have any advice on what steps to take to get the skimmer on my e170 max aio Tuned in.
I either get really fine dry bubbles foam or overflowing water. I can’t seem to get it set. Sometimes I thinkI have it and come back to overflowing water?
any advice would be appreciate.

How long have you had it set up? Skimmers usually take a week or two to break in. I'd let it run dry for a couple of weeks before attempting to tune. IMHO.

Its on a 7 week olde tank
Had it running really well for a week but it went crazy not being able to tune it like I did
