Early stages of coralline algae

My tank been up for since Oct 2018. It’s been through it’s ugly stages and what not. The coloration is light green at first and now it looks like it’s calcifying? To a different color maybe? Not sure if its even coralline algae or not. I had different expectations then what I’m seeing so I’m not sure.

I mostly look at the tank top down since I got too old to scrape it! Coralline comes in green, pink, red, etc. It's nice when it spreads on the rock work. Come to think of it, if you were to scrape your glass that will generally cause it to spread to lighted areas where it lands.

Yup that is coralline. As it gets a little thicker it should get a little darker purple. And like @KrisReef stated above if you scrape some of it, the coralline will spread faster.
