Earthworm in frag plug???

I found what looks like an earthworm in a frag plug that I cracked open.

What is this?

Not sure, but looks like a bobbit type worm. [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG]

Now that I'm looking at it closer. I think you might be right. Ughhhhh. So glad I cracked open the plug. It looks like it has that mouth right in the middle of its face and the antennae
 
Umm the top is the skin to the bottom you mutilated that thing.
 
Spaghetti worms are also segmented. They just lay down a tube or "skin" to line their burrows. Same with feather dusters and other tube worms.

Let's just say that compared to spaghetti worms I've seen neither look even close
