Generally I do SPS corals, but the misses wanted a tank setup for herself. What are some LPS corals that have a decent grow rate so she can see some progress in the tank? Im not a LPS person at all. Even on my first tank i dove straight into full SPS tanks, so I know jack diddly squat about LPS. Any help would be great!

Duncans would be my first choice. They're fun to hand feed and def fast growing.
Plating montipora (sps) will grow fast, as well as most zoas/palys.

Duncans are a really good option along with candy cane corals. Another are Acans(micromussa) or blastos

Frogspawn or similar LPS seem to grow fastest in my experience. I have one that went from 1 head to 20+ over a couple years. None of my other LPS can keep up.

You should have no problem with transitioning from SPS to LPS, just beware of sweeper tentacles, they can get very long on some species.

Hollywood stunner keeps growing new eyes on a daily basis for me. It's kind of scary how fast it grows.
