Easy fish ID

I'm quite new to this and no clue what this is. I don't think this is a hard fish as seen few times. Experts plz let me know. Looks pretty and thinking if I can add it to my tank.
It's the one with black ,white and silver colour.

He looks like this fish. Actualtually he should be a close one to this big guy!

Looks like Barred Thicklip to me but also resembles some of the Maori's.

Not reef safe... may be tough to get them to eat. Require 120+ gallons.

Yep seems a No go there. Looks really beautiful and small at the LFS. Seems they grows to be monsters
