Easy way to get anemone off rock

I have a bunch of rainbow anemones which keep splitting. I’m getting to the point where I need to take them off and place them in a crate or basket. Any easy way to pry them off rock. Anyone u guys know make baskets that hang off glass, if so please send me a link.

You can try directing a powerhead right at them and blasting them to annoy them enough to let go. Otherwise get a small water bottle and freeze it, and then put it in the tank next to them, the cold may also make them detach.
