Easyreef SPS dosing connection?

So it appears the easy connect for the 250ml gel is not in stock and I’m wanting to start dosing this and not wait any longer. Does anyone have recommendations of what to grab at the hardware store to be able to connect to my dosing tubing, going to use a x1 kamoer so tubing size is 3id 5od.
