For me in the package- just fine. Once prepared, about 2 weeks

Do you mean two weeks after opening/breaking the seal, or two weeks after taking it out of the package/not refrigerated?

After preparation I store it for weeks in -30°C freezer

two wekks after making a batch, referring to the batch. The package I had several months after opening with no issues
