EB8 and Trident Flashing Orange

Looking for help. A couple nights ago my internet went out for a few minutes. I have been able to reconnect the apex base to my wifi but my eb8 is flashing orange rapidly and my Trident is also flashing orange. I have unplugged everything multiple times, used the reset button on the base multiple times and I have also ran the firmware update on all modules. Each one said the update completed. I still have flashing orange lights. The EB8 is still supplying power but it isn't controllable.

Does anyone know what to do to get them to work again?

Flashing orange indicates the module is not in communication with the Apex. When you look at your list of Modules, do those modules show up connected, or disconnected?

What happens if you connect only the EB8 to the Apex, with all other modules disconnected?
